Welcome to TopOfTelegram ("TopOfTelegram", "we", "us", "our"), a product of ByteOSoft Private Limited. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website topoftelegram.com and all services offered on it, including free directory listings and paid promotional listings for Telegram channels, groups and bots (together, the "Service"). By using this website, submitting a listing, or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
TopOfTelegram is an independent online directory that lists publicly available Telegram channels, groups and bots. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Telegram FZ-LLC or Telegram Messenger Inc. in any way. All Telegram trademarks belong to their respective owners. We do not own, operate or control any of the channels, groups or bots listed on this website.
When you submit a channel, group or bot for listing, you confirm that: (a) you are the owner or an authorized admin of it; (b) the information you provide is accurate; (c) its content complies with Telegram's Terms of Service and all applicable laws; and (d) it does not contain or promote illegal content, piracy, scams, hacking of accounts, adult content involving minors, or any other prohibited material. We may edit listing titles, descriptions and categories for clarity and consistency. All submissions are reviewed manually, and we reserve the absolute right to accept, reject, edit, re-categorize or remove any listing at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
A Directory Listing is free of charge and, once approved, appears on the relevant category page. A Homepage Promotion is a paid digital advertising service under which your listing is additionally featured on our homepage for the package duration you select. A paid listing is an advertising placement only — it does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of quality, or verification of the promoted channel, group or bot, and it does not guarantee any specific number of visitors, clicks, joins, subscribers or other results.
By making a payment, you agree to the following:
4.1 Digital service, delivered immediately. Homepage Promotion is a digital service. Delivery begins as soon as your payment is verified and your listing goes live (normally within 4–6 hours). Because the service is digital and delivery starts immediately, it cannot be "returned".
4.2 No refunds. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Once payment has been made, no refund, credit, exchange or cancellation will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with results or traffic, removal of your channel/group/bot by Telegram, deletion of your channel/group/bot by you, mistaken purchase, or duplicate submission of the same listing.
4.3 Only exception. If your submission is rejected by our review team before your listing is published, we will, at our discretion, offer either (a) a listing of a corrected/alternative submission of equal value, or (b) a refund of the amount paid, processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. This is the only circumstance in which a refund is available.
4.4 Removal for violations. If your listing is removed after publication because it breached these Terms, Telegram's Terms of Service, or applicable law (including listings that later change their content to prohibited material), no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the promotion period.
4.5 Payment verification. You are responsible for sending the exact amount for the package selected and for uploading a genuine payment screenshot. Fake, edited or reused payment screenshots constitute fraud and will result in immediate rejection, permanent blacklisting, and reporting to the relevant payment provider or authorities.
4.6 Record of agreement. When you submit the listing form, you must tick a checkbox confirming you accept these Terms and the No-Refund Policy. We store your submission details (including the acceptance confirmation, timestamp, listing details and payment proof) as evidence of the agreement between you and us.
Because you expressly agree to the No-Refund Policy before paying, initiating a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal for a service that has been delivered is a breach of these Terms and will be treated as friendly fraud. If you open a chargeback or dispute:
(a) your listing(s) will be immediately and permanently removed; (b) you and your channels, groups and bots will be permanently banned from TopOfTelegram; (c) we will contest the dispute in full and submit evidence to the payment provider, bank or card network, including your submission form data, your recorded acceptance of these Terms and the No-Refund Policy, timestamps, payment screenshot, correspondence, and proof that the promotion was delivered (screenshots and logs of your live listing); and (d) we reserve the right to recover from you the disputed amount, dispute fees, and reasonable costs of collection.
If you have any issue with your order, contact support@topoftelegram.com first — we respond to every genuine query and will fix legitimate problems (for example, a listing that was paid for but never published).
All channels, groups and bots listed on this website are created, owned and operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, conduct, offers, signals, advice, downloads or any dealings you have with them. Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal or professional advice. You access any listed channel, group or bot entirely at your own risk.
You agree not to: scrape or copy the directory in bulk; submit false, misleading or unlawful listings; attempt to manipulate rankings; interfere with the operation or security of the website; or use the Service for any illegal purpose. We may block access for violations.
The design, text, layout, branding and compilation of this website are owned by ByteOSoft Private Limited. Channel/group/bot names and profile images belong to their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes only.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteOSoft Private Limited and TopOfTelegram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any listed third-party channel, group or bot. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The Terms in force at the time of your payment govern that transaction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
